Is shopping at Dreamshoes Women's Large Size Shoes on the Internet safe?

Using your credit card to buy over the Internet can be just as safe as using it to pay for dinner and a movie, as long as your internet merchant takes the right steps to ensure your security. When you place an order at Dreamshoes, your personal information and credit card data are encrypted using SSL technology (secure socket layering). This security feature turns on automatically when you begin entering your personal billing and shipping information to ensure that no one has access to it except you and Dreamshoes. At that point, most browsers will display a "lock"symbol at the bottom of the screen to verify that the security feature is working. It will also change the page name to "https://..."The "s"stands for secure.

In the unlikely event that your credit card number is misused as a result of your shopping at Dreamshoes, you will pay nothing. The Fair Credit Billing Act states that your credit card provider cannot make you pay in excess of $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If fraudulent charges do occur, Dreamshoes will pay the $50.00 on your behalf. If such an event does occur, you must notify your credit card provider immediately.

How are orders shipped?

Most orders received before 11:00 a.m. are shipped out that day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following business day.

We ship most of our orders via UPS. Ground orders will arrive in 2-5 business days after the item ships, depending on your location. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipments are also available. Please contact us if you need help choosing a shipping method for a specific deadline.

Be sure to provide an accurate shipping address including suite, floor, apartment or unit number if applicable. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may result in delays, non-deliveries and correction charges by UPS, which will be charged to the customer's account. Refused deliveries will result in return shipping charges applied to the customer's account.

All orders that must ship to a P.O. Box or A.P.O. Box are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. In this case, delivery is usually in 2-3 days. Please call or email for accurate pricing on U.S. Postal Service delivery.

Who sees my personal information? (Privacy Policy)

When you place an order with Dreamshoes, your personal information is secured and transmitted directly to us. We use that information to verify your credit card information and get your order to you. If you choose to sign up for our newsletter, we will send approximately one email per month regarding new additions, specials, etc.

We will not sell or give your information to anyone.

We use cookies to store information about your shopping cart... products, sizes, etc. No personal information is stored in cookies.

What if I changed my mind about my order?

Just send us an email and we'll be happy to change or even cancel an order you've placed.

What if I don't see what I want?

We are constantly adding to our selection, so check back soon. If you have a special occasion coming up, send us an email and we can let you know if there are any suitable styles coming in.

Regularly priced merchandise: If you are unhappy with your shoes for any reason, you may return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in unworn, saleable condition. Sale merchandise: If you are unhappy with your shoes for any reason, you may return them within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in unworn, saleable condition. No refunds on returns made after the applicable deadlines--store credit only.

If the shoe falls apart, tears, or has any other manufacturer's defect, we will gladly repair or replace it within 90 days.

Returns and shipping

While we accept returns and exchanges, we do not pay return shipping or refund shipping charges. We pass our exact shipping costs onto our customers and cannot make any refunds. However, in the case of exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge (except in the case of a free shipping promotion on the original order, subsequent exchange of a replacement item, or orders shipped outside the U.S.).

Return instructions

In order to receive credit for your return or exchange, you must follow the instructions below.

1. Please repack the shoe boxes in a box with packing materials (as they were sent to you). Shoe boxes damaged in shipping or shoes shipped back in the actual shoe box will be charged a $10/pair restocking fee.

Email return label: For your convenience, we can email you a UPS return label for $9.99 for a single pair of shoes (11.99 for boots or 2 pairs of shoes). Apply the label to the package and drop off at any UPS Store location.

Or use any shipping method of your choice. We recommend insurance for your protection. If you are exchanging for another pair, we will send the replacement item to you free of charge (except for international orders and subsequent exchanges of previously exchanged items).

2. Please enclose a copy of the original packing list or invoice. Indicate on the packing list or invoice whether the shipment is a RETURN or EXCHANGE. If the shipment is an exchange, please indicate what style (with color and size) you would like to exchange the item for. Without this information we will not know whose account to credit for the return.
